Google API Services User Data Policy

PerceptiveAi HR's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Accessed

PerceptiveAi HR accesses your Google Calendar and basic profile information (name and email).

Data Usage

We use this access exclusively to create and manage Google Meet links for scheduling onboarding, offboarding, and LinkedIn online events. This data is used solely to facilitate these meetings and is not used for any other purpose.

Data Sharing & Limited Use

PerceptiveAi HR does not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the "Limited Use" requirements.

Data Storage & Protection

All data retrieved via Google APIs is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We implement strict security protocols to ensure your meeting and profile data remains private.

Data Deletion

Users can permanently delete their Google-associated data at any time directly through the Account Settings menu within the PerceptiveAi HR app. Once a deletion is initiated, data is removed from our active systems promptly, and all associated backups are cleared within 30 days.
